Mom Baby and Instructor in Class Learning

Starting Early

Baby Swim Lessons

Parent-assisted classes designed to introduce infants and toddlers to the water through fun, age-appropriate activities that build comfort, confidence, and foundational swim skills.

Ages: 3 Months – 3 Years
Class Length: 20-30 Minutes*
Class Size: Up to 7 babies with a parent or caregiver (Baby Splash). Up to 6 children with a parent or caregiver (Little Froggy)

Learn to Swim Program Levels

Baby Splash (3-5 Months)

A gentle parent-and-infant class that builds comfort in the water, encourages bonding, and prepares infants for Little Froggy classes. *Tuition is free with registration fee.

Little Froggy (6 Months-3 Years)

Build confidence through floating, submersions, rollover breathing, water exploration, and foundational swim skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Foundational Swim Skills

Learn to Swim

A structured progression of skills that helps children become safe, confident, and independent swimmers while developing a strong foundation in water safety and technique.

Ages: 3 Years and Up
Class Length: 30 Minutes
Class Size: Up to 3 swimmers

Learn to Swim Program Levels

Tadpole

Ideal for nervous or first-time swimmers. Build water comfort through submersions, floating, and foundational swim skills.

Goldfish

For swimmers comfortable underwater and on their back. Develop rollover breathing and greater independence in the water.

Jellyfish

For swimmers who can float independently and roll onto their back to breathe. Students learn arm pulls, and backstroke fundamentals.

Octopus

For swimmers who can move across the pool independently. Students develop freestyle (side breathing), backstroke, and stroke confidence.

Refining Technique

Stroke Development

Advanced instruction designed for swimmers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to improve technique, endurance, and competitive swimming skills.

Class Length: 30 Minutes
Class Size: 4-6 swimmers

Stroke Development Program Levels

Lobster

For swimmers who have mastered freestyle and backstroke. Students strengthen all four strokes while building endurance.

Hammerhead Juniors

For swimmers who know the fundamentals of all four competitive strokes. Students improve technique through focused drills and instruction.

Hammerhead Seniors

For advanced swimmers ready to refine all four strokes, improve endurance, and strengthen individual medley events.
